3 Meal Diet

Diet of 3 times a day, in a long period of time, slowly and in a healthy way to lose weight, to maintain a normal form, also apply.

Breakfast is a) 1 cup orange juice, a small plate of lean, vinegar and a thin slices of white cheese salad. (Depending on the season cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage, carrots, lettuce, etc.) B). 1 cup nonfat yogurt, and thin slices of wheat bread or salt. c) 1 hard-boiled egg and a tablespoon of peanut butter

Lunch is provided to put salt to taste, consisting of lean meats and vegetables, boiled or roasted. Some liquid oil can be used. Or a piece of whole grain bread without salt

Dinner for lunch lose, without bread to eat.

Sweet perceived needs, provided that at least before dinner, between 100-300 calories, a small glass of ice cream, vanilla pudding, yogurt, or fruit edible.

Salt needs perceived needs, between meals, less than one pack, eat salty crackers.
