Breakfast: Two slices of cheese, a slice of bread, half a liter of water or ¼ avocado, 30 g of cheese, a slice of bread, 1 teaspoon honey, half a liter of water  
Mid-morning Time: 5 apricots and half a liter of water  

Lunch: A leg steak or chicken, salad and half a liter of water (two days a week for lunch plate of pasta and salad menu changes this really depends on your personal preference ..)  

Afternoon: 5 apricots, 1 banana, or 10 almonds, apricots and a half liters of water per 4 Dinner: 1 cup of mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, as they prepare a boiled sweet salad with 1 teaspoon of olive oil and lemon.), 1 slice of bread, 1 cup of yogurt, salad and half a liter of water  

Nights: 1 pomegranate or 1 banana or pineapple slices instead of one
