Morning: 1 cup of warm water with lemon, orange and grapefruit juice, mix 1 cup, 2 slices fresh pineapple, strawberries and 2 tablespoons of oatmeal 6.
Search: 1 cup orange blossom, chamomile and lemon balm tea leaves, 1 cup warm water and 1 teaspoon of ginger powder, prepared with tea.
Lunch: 2 cups water, 2 cups of vegetable soup, lots of green salads (avocado, radishes, scallions, watercress, arugula, parsley, tomatoes, oil, and lemon).
December 1: 3 full of walnuts (consumed by one hour interval).
December 2: 2 slices pineapple, 1 apple, 1 cup powdered ginger tea.
December 3: 1 slice whole wheat bread, 1 slice cheese, cucumber tomatoes, and parsley, 1 cup of chamomile tea.
Dinner: 2 cups water, 2 bowls of vegetable soup, 1 serving of boiled vegetables (more or less on oil, with lots of lemon adds ketentohumu), 1 box of probiotic yoghurt.
Search: 2 slices of pineapple, grapes 15-20 black-core, 4 fresh apricots, 2 cups of warm water with lemon
